Range of our Vegetable Crisps

Leighton Brown Crisps are not your average crisps. From the very beginning our aim was to make really tasty vegetable crisps bursting with flavour. Our unique combination of ingredients are a genuine treat for the taste buds. We achieved this by creating fusions of flavours, using a mix of traditional, bold and distinctive ingredients.

What’s in the packet?

We are passionate about vegetable crisps and delivering new combinations of harmonious, creative and interesting flavours. Our ideas are created in the Leighton Brown Kitchen, nestled in the heart of Hackney. They come to life within the fertile Fenland of Cambridgeshire. Our recipes are gluten free, made with only natural ingredients and most importantly they taste great!  They are vegetarian, contain no “nasties” and our Beetroot Crisps are suitable for vegans.

Our Flavours

Our vegetable crisps come in three vibrant flavours; Parsnip Crisps with Manuka Honey, Sweet Potato Crisps with Cheese and Jalapeno, and Beetroot Crisps with Horseradish and Dill. Each have their own unique taste and flavour combination that makes it difficult to choose one over another. The heat from the Jalapeno peppers pairs perfectly with the cheese, the Manuka honey brings a gorgeous sweetness, and the dill and horseradish make a delightfully tangy pairing. A delicious combo of flavours and nothing you’d seen before in crisps or similar snacks.


Over the years we have been awarded several prestigious Great Taste Awards by the Guild of Fine Food. In 2016 we were delighted to achieve a Gold Star for every one of our flavours. We are proud to be working with some of the best household brands the country has to offer.

Parsnip Crisps with Manuka Honey

Our Parsnip Crisps are high in fibre and huge in flavour with a touch of spice, making these fresh, natural crisps, quite simply, the bee’s knees!

Sweet Potato Crisps with Cheese and Jalapeno

Not only is the sweet potato one of the most nutritious treats the vegetable kingdom has to offer – it also tastes incredible if you add a little heat! So we’ve made these crisps thoughtfully spicy. In fact, they’re flaming delicious (cheesy, we know).

Beetroot Crisps with Horseradish and Dill

Beetroot is the cool kid on the block. It’s super versatile and each packet is ready to prove that your beetroot shouldn’t be served raw, juiced, boiled, steamed or pickled – it should be served with a tasty crunch!
